Hello! I'm Guler , the artist and the director of my dream; Happy Lab.I was a diverse professional with over 10 years of international experience in marketing and management, then for the last 3 years,I was a full-time ceramics enthusiast. Although 2003 was the year I had my first therapeutic experience with clay and ceramics,I had to put it on a halt and concentrate on my business career till 2018. There,I remember the day I realized the hours I spent in the ceramics studio was the happiest of the hours I spent in my working life!Realizing that,without any hesitation,I had shifted all my time to ceramics studio! I had worked with 3 ceramicists who are excelled in different areas of ceramics and I focused on underglaze ceramics decoration. Then,boldly,I started to dream of founding my own studio where I can create&share with others. And now here it is; Happy Lab!

All my ceramic plates and tiles are glazed with high quality lead-free glaze and all are FOOD SAFE to be used as a tableware.
I also work with interior architects and can make bespoke design works as a wall decor with tiles /plates,a table & side dish top with tiles,or a new set of table-ware that would compliment the aura of the designer team's project.

Happy Lab Workshops
Ceramics & Porcelain Decoration Workshops
Underglaze Ceramic Decoration Workshop: The workshop duration is 2 hours. A prior experience neither in ceramics nor in art is necessary. Although you’ve never used a brush of any kind, that is perfectly ok. You will select from the ready designs and start to colour them up right away! You will learn special bisque painting techniques for different effects. All painting materials needed will be supplied at no additional cost. There will be several predesigned ceramic plates and tiles for you to choose from. One piece of ceramic object; a plate (15 cm) will be your first work and is also included in the price, but of course, if you have time left you will have the opportunity to create more pieces. Extra pieces are subject to availability and their prices differ according to the size & form, please ask in the studio. All ceramics will be glazed and fired by the teacher and ready to collect usually 2 weeks later.
Overglaze Porcelain Decoration Workshop: Workshop duration is 2 hours. No prior experience in ceramics is needed. It is an amazing opportunity to learn a new craftwork. The announced fee includes the tutorial and the final kiln firing. You will have a wide variety of decals & porcelain forms in the studio to match them with your own taste and style. The price of the porcelain ware and decals vary according to their size & form, please ask in the studio.

Please send me a message for the weekday workshops if the announced dates do not fit to your agenda, I'll do my best to schedule a new workshop date with you.
Maximum number of attendees per session is limited to 5, so I suggest you make your reservations fast ;)
Private Lessons: We can arrange private-group or personal classes & workshops, please e-mail us for details.
Children 7+ are would enjoy the workshop and improve their arts & crafts skills while socializing. It would be a wonderful activity in which they'd learn a new art work technique and experience the rewarding feeling of creating.
